Purchase of Dogs

(a) You acknowledge that the dogs we offer on our Site are subject to availability and that the prices and descriptions of the dogs are subject to change without notice.

(c) When purchasing a dog through our Site, you agree to pay the total price of the dog, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, if applicable.

Shipping and Delivery

(b) If the dog you have purchased requires shipping, you will be responsible for providing a valid shipping address and ensuring someone is present to receive the dog upon delivery.

1. (c) Risk of loss and title for the dog passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the dog is delivered to the carrier.

Health and Wellness

(a) We take great care to ensure the health and well-being of our dogs. Prior to purchase, each dog is examined by a veterinarian and is up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming.
